Do you know anyone in your life, who you associate with a lot, who hates TV Dinners?

They say TV dinners have too many preservatives and salt. They say they can't stand to eat frozen dinners or even frozen meats. What is up with that?
I eat meat and frozen or fresh and even canned. What is the big difference?
I mean, if they are selling the food in the stores it has to be okay to eat it right?
Or should I agree with everyone who tells me GO ORGANIC, no preservatives, only eat grain fed beef and organic vegetables. Almost everything I buy is either processed, salty or GMO .
What? Healthy Frozen TV Dinners? Are You Kidding Me?
We taste-tested healthy frozen meals. Here are the freshest, healthiest and most appetizing microwavable dinners.

Most are not very tasty or healthy, but while I have this sling on my arm, we've eaten a few tv dinners.

You are doing fine. Keep with the left-overs. At least they appeal and you tried them out first. the thing with TV Dinners is, they are still sold by the millions everywhere so people are still eating them up, in spite of all the bad rep.

@lookatdesktop I guess if I bought them I would read the ingredients carefully.

They now have healthier choices in TV dinners. I don't especially care for Healthy Choice TV dinners but some of the others are pretty good.

@lookatdesktop , I like some of the Marie Callender's frozen entrees and dinners. They are better than most other brands by a long shot.

@lookatdesktop I think the Ramen Noodles are identical to the instant noodles. They are just named differently.

There have been many noodles in dry packs with flavor powder to add when boiling in water. The flavor packs make them salty but flavorful. They are called Ramen Noodles and sold in square dry packs.Available at Walmart stores.

@changjiangzhibin89 , So is it very likely then, that The US gets all their Ramen Noodles from over there in China? If so, I am happy for that. I welcome more imports from China and more exports from the US to China. It's a good thing, Trade between your country and mine. I speak for myself, not the "Cheeto Van TWeetO," - a phrase invented by another member of myLot who is very good at making me laugh.

I agree with you. Once we purchase it from the stores it is meant for eating only. They keep only those eatable otherwise we do not prefer them for fear of reaction and ill health. I think whatever we buy in stores is not organic at all. The science which has earlier pointed out some adverse effects of this stuff is not recommending them. What and whom should we believe.

Experience tells us what we can expect from them. Lowered expectations. The frozen dinners I prefer are re-frozen left-overs, like that pizza from the other night. Mic it and chow down ASAP.

Those frozen dinners are chuck full of fillers, additives, preservatives, sodium, and cholesterol. That's why we never eat them.

Yummy. Gag gasp choke, O M Gosh. What a bummer. I guess the votes are in. TV dinners are not what's for dinner any more.

@lookatdesktop If they were healthy, I'd eat one every week! The taste isn't bad at all.

@kobesbuddy , Just say no to low fiber and high salt. And that familiar mushy texture.

We personally don't buy or eat them, I cook mostly from scratch. My main thing with them is the texture is funny to me. Almost all foods are GMO, fillers, preservatives or such anymore. If I could afford it Id love to go all natural sure cant afford it thou.
