It seems a lot of people are already busy preparing for the Halloween celebration though it is still October 30 now.
Children had done their trick or treat parties in schools, and even people in malls had it. Some people are already going to the cemeteries to visit the graves of their relatives, which should be done on November 2, All Souls' Day. Maybe they are just cleaning the graves, or they do not have time on that day.
The atmosphere looks festive, I guess it is because Halloween/All Saint's Day on November 1 and All Souls' Day are days when families gather together or have reunions too, aside from Christmas day.

Halloween parties happened over the weekend here in Manila, Makati, plus in other tourist destinations here in the Philippines. i would have attended a couple if not for my duty at work.

yes. Many people are celebrating the festival in a variety of manner. They are more excited above the All Saints Day this year. I do not know why?

We go to relatives graves on May 31, Decoration Day, better known as Memorial Day in the U.S. Halloween is simple, we hand out candy to all the children who come to our door.
