If Open Source code is out there, what about Closed Source code?

Open Source, it's like they want to be hacked, ya know it? But hey, they depend on computer wizards who know code and use it to make an app work better, not rain on their parade by putting in bad code. As for the difference between Open Source Code and well, the possibility of there being something a kin to Closed Source, I would have to ask Google about that.
