Hello fellow myLotters, I attended a Career Development talk, and the trainor asked us to define what is Success for us. My colleague said for her its a checklist like buy a car ?buy a house? And so and so forth. When it was my turn, i just simply said i want my son to finish college and for him have a good life also i want to be able to afford the therapies of my Autism son. I believe because it has something to do with my age, i am in my early forties so practically i am finished being confused of my career. Though i really do not like a sales role but this where i am now. How about you? What is Success for you? Photo from Google

For me success is something that we get after doing a hard work. It is the pot of gold to every persons' rainbow. Success is some sort of payment to us people. It has no shape nor amount, but it makes us smile

Self-contentment. When I'm no longer making goals in life and just enjoying peace and happiness, that means I have succeeded.

Success is achieving your highest goal. Not only material wise but intellectually too.
