Conspiracy theorists can be heartlessly insensitive

The video below is an interview below of Selena Gomez. She confessed the surgery she had last Summer so extend her life. Her Lupus damaged her Kidneys and she needed a donor to stay alive. Her best friend was a match so she donated her kidneys to Selena to keep her alive.
If you will check the social media accounts of her bestfriend, she does have surgery scars for donating her kidney.
That doesn't stop some crazed conspiracy theorist on the internet. They are now blaming Selena Gomez for the death of Kenneka Jenkins. She was a teenage girl who got murdered on a Hotel room and her body was placed on a Freezer with her kidneys missing. Kenneka is a victim of the organ trade and I am sad on what happened to her. I just don't know why lots of people are now blaming Selena Gomez for her death. They dont even have evidence they have the same blood type.
Selena got her surgery on August. If she have Kenneka's kidneys she will still be wheelchair bound by now. Kenneka died on October.

The organ traders are scary but I dont think Selena is involved with them. Her friend is a match and she donated her kidney for free.

Surely Selena wouldn't want to damage her reputation - I kinda doubt she and her people would ever pull a stunt like that. I don't understand why they target her . . . there are a lot of people out there who need kidneys just the same. It's sad what happened Kenneka and I guess organ trading is a real issue - but Selena can afford to get things done the right way.

There will always be those who hate, those who are jealous of others and those who will cause trouble. Sorry she has to go through all this. At least she is alive and well now.

@RasmaSandra I do Hope Kenneka's killers will be caught and organ trade will be ended but I still think her case is unrelated to Selena.
Selena lives in California. Kenneka got murdered at Chicago Illinois.

It is a general thing for conspiracy theorists to find hot topics around famous people and to make them look horrible. Human nature is so weird.
