All our posts are approved directly?

Hi I want to know about mylot that all the posts we make are they approved manually by someone like admin or moderator? Or they are approved directly And what kind of discussion is allowed here?

All posts are posted without having to be 'manually' approved by anyone. To know what is allowed, please read the Community Guidelines
