Factor Completely: t^2+3rt+2r^2 Do you know the answer? I've seen where quite a few people on here love math. Let's put you to the test.

t^2 + 3rt + 2r^2 = t^2 + rt + 2rt + 2r^2 =t(t+r) + 2r(t+r) = (t+2r) (t+r) This is the answer !

t^2 + 3rt + 2r^2 factors into (t + 2r)(t + r)

t^2+rt+2rt+2r^2 t(t+r)+2r(t+r) hence the factors are t+r and t+2r.
