Always Remember the Positioning

If there's a lot of pulling going on then that means that the one who desires to go up the elevator escalator is in a position in which so many are afraid of. That's right! There's joy in knowing that I'm not mediocre. Not at all. There wouldn't be so many trying to cause a fall. Of course there may be a fall but being able to get back up says a lot. "My Position Isn't Mankind's Placing. There are way too Many Confirmations to say That I'm not Suppose to be Going Somewhere." (Tanikka Paulk) No matter how many individuals try to get one to believe that they're beneath the rest. It's always up to the person or persons whether to accept what's being said. There will be a lot of opinions. There's a lot of opinionated individuals. Some never knowing will to be quiet. Leadership is very important and not all will be designed to be leaders. The ones who desire to be leaders should continue to develop the leadership skills. Forget about what the naysayers have said. So many fear being in a ":Leadership Position" because of the backlash which can be received. There certainly will be a lot of disagreements. Some never agreeing with the leader. A lot may become angry with the the role of the leader but there is a reason why one is chosen to become a leader. For some there will be many confirmations that their position is suppose to occur. Not all will accept the calling. Some will become so frustrated with the leader and want to remove the position. Not the appropriate way of thinking but we're unable to change all line of thinking.
