Shooting at Colorado

Unfortunately it's become common to have shootings in the US. In Colorado there's been plenty. Well last night I was just relaxing and got on facebook and saw my friend post a status that she was at walmart with her 2 year old son and heard gun shots and it took a while for her to text back.
I was so worried and when I saw 3 people died i got even more worried, thankfully it wasn't her but I'm really sorry for the 3 who did die.
I don't understand why someone buys a gun and goes kill people especially when they're just working or shopping. Luckily the guy was caught today but it brought back memories of the theatre shooting and waiting to hear from all your friends and family to see if they're okay.
I'm tired of all the shootings I wish something would be done to stop all this stuff. I feel so bad for the family and friends of the people who died.

Very tired of them too. Enough deaths happen already we dont need to do it from being hateful or crazy!

The only way to stop is for everyone to just stop hating each other. But, that will never happen. As a person who has also been near a few shootings, it is terrifying. People are not allowed to have normal lives anymore, we all walk in fear, but we shouldn't fear to live.

I agree, it'll never stop I just wish there was a way to at least reduce it. It happens so much that now no one is suprsied when they hear about the shootings it's very sad.

Yes, it's all getting too much. Good that your friend wasn't one of the victims. Keep safe (if you can).

So glad your friend and baby were okay through this..wow so scary.
Yep right here in CO..its just terrible Cait. Glad they caught the guy and so sad for the people and families.
That is not too far from where I am...Lakewood to Thornton not far.

It can't be stopped. I know that's mean and harsh sounding. But that's a part of the world we live.im. violence will always exist

You're right that there will always be violence i just think more needs to be done to limit the violence or at least the victim count

@skydream How? What do you think can be done to limit violence? The laws that are supposed to protect us don't stop the people who really wanna cause harm.
