In Lolegaon, the cottages are built in European way.

In Lolegaon, the Forest Department had created cottages in the nature of those European ones in Switzerland. The visitors stay in individual cottages. There are rhododendron trees fringing the area. It is very cold in December with temperature hovering around 3 degree celsius. It is a beautiful place.

Thanks Swetaji it is in North Bengal. Lolegaon is close to Kalimpong and Darjeeling at a height of around 6000 feet above sea level.

@saiama Thanks Swetaji yes the hill resort and tourist station developed only 10 years ago. So there is not much publicity about the place. People know about Darjeeling and Kurseoung, but not Lava and Lolegaon. Once more tourists travel to these places, they will gain popularity.
