I mentioned before that my grandson, who is in the 10th grade of High School, takes classes at the John Tyler Community College here in Virginia.
Some persons on mylot may not know who John Tyler was.
He was the Governor of Virginia. He was also a U.S. Senator from Virginia and eventually, the 10th President of the United States, from 1841 to 1845.
John Tyler was born in 1790 and died in 1862 in Richmond, Virginia.
He was a lawyer and graduated from the College of William and Mary.
He was the first president to assume office upon the death of a previous president.
And he was the first president to be married while in office.
His first wife, Letitia Christian, died in 1842 and he remarried Julia Gardiner.
He was the Father of 15 children, more than any other president.

The photo is actually the White House that the US president lives in. You probably knew that.

@IreneVincent Yes and I did see the reference to John Tyler being a president. I wouldn't have connected the name of the college with who he actually was so this was good information.
