In the Himalayan destination Lava, the Forest Department of West Bengal own the gardens and the guest houses. There are beautiful flower gardens with Marigold, Dahlia and other flowers in the Guest Houses. It is very cold in Lava with temperature hovering around 1 degree celsius. So the flowers grow very well in the place.
