Difference between Armageddon and Deep Impact

Both of these movies are similar because it relates to an incoming Asteroid and they need to stop before it destroys humanity. Noticed of incoming object: Deep impact scientist could have given a fair warning if he didn't died in the vehicle accident 3 yrs before they detected it. But in Armageddon, they detected it right away but 18 days before it reach Earth, now that's pressure. Having the kind of Astronauts to stop it: Deep impact simply just hired a few scientist and a veteran Apollo Astronaut. While Armageddon hired real experienced Oil Drillers to trained and go with the Astronauts. Heading for the Asteroid: Deep Impact had a Messiah, a giant experimental Nuke propelled upgraded space craft. While Armageddon only requires two shuttles with extra rocket fuels and had use the moons gravity to reach the object. Saving the day and Death: Despite the fact they drilled and detonated the bomb, it only made two and the small the one reach the planet. Same thing with the Armageddon but they were able to stop it from hitting earth. Those are things I've noticed.But then again, Armageddon is somewhat an improvement version of Deep Impact.
