I live in Brazil too. My broadband speed is 256kb . Heeheheh. We can see this people with 100MB, imagine the download rate speed of their. My father lives in japan and the broadband of him is 200MB, very faster. My download rate speed is 30kb/s sometimes 40kb/s when is better. But Im satisfied with my connection, not slow and I can play online games without lag.
