Student's start to hate me in web development.

Because i was an administrator of the university website and journal websites, i was asked by the chairperson in a computer department to be a consultant of the student for their thesis. So student's visit me in my office and give them a comments and suggestions about their system. But suddenly i heard some student's that when they come to me i suggest too many changes and additions, after they finished what i suggested, i add again and again, explain to them that they must add some features that will be useful later for the clients. I think they start to hate me. I just want them to understand that web development is never an ending development until their system is fully user friendly from version 0 to version z and so on and make them to be web expert, . But i don't think if they understand what i want to them to understand. Am i going to be a terror instructor? I will start teaching next Monday but rumor already spread that i was a terror instructor.
