Buying Unique Jewelries

There are many people now making accessories. But some people duplicate these products. Does it give an edge if it is unique? Would you buy it more if it was unique?

Maybe it depends on the kinds of those jewelries.

no, i m actually not into jwellery much. i rarely wear anything in a name of jewellery. At the most i'll wear an ear ring, thats it. and it will notat all matter to me whether it is unique or not. somethings which are too ugly are also unique , but you cant buy them. i go on to buy, if it is really classy with a very nice finish and gives a very beautiful look.

as a beader as well as a buyer, i'd go for the more unique design. since almost anyone are making accessories, nothing still beats if the design is unique and only exists as one. sometimes when i buy, i also check for the materials that's used by the designer

I don't think I'd care if something was unique or not, if that is the only plus it had. I'd see the finish of the product, and the style. Not all unique things are classy as well, there are lots of silly things in the market, which are unique simply because they are too ugly to duplicate! When I buy jewelry, I look for, like I said, the finish and the design. Sometimes nice designs do not have a good enough finish, which spoils the look. I like both antique and modern designs
