How much time do you spend in front of a screen?

So, as mylot users one must assume that most of us spend a lot of time in front of the screen... whether it's to earn a few extra pennies or just for entertainment. On top of that, a lot of us watch TV when we're taking a break from mylot... and also when we're taking a break from TV, we're playing on our phones. Are you addicted to the screens you own? Has technology hypnotized you? Am I a hypocrite for posting this as I sit in front of my laptop?

I'm one of those 'a phone is for making phone calls' people. I proudly own a flip-phone. And drink coughee...lots of it. And all that excess energy needs an outlet. And THAT is my excuse for spending all the time in front of my screen here.

You are excused, J.J. I am sort of on the same page with you in regards to using phones for phone calls... I just went an entire week without use of my phone.... I'm a lonely guy... there's not too many incoming calls. However, I do use my phone as a gps... I am probably the worlds worst navigator when it comes to driving I just had a cup of coughee as well... and mylot was also the first place I landed after drinking it haha so I understand!

I will spent 2 to3 hours in front of my laptop and rest a bit and go back. Nothing new. It's always the same thing. And I don't even watch TV anymore.
