Please do not eat these foods on an empty tomach

Since morning I am feeling a little bit of burning sensation in the stomach. I could feel and sense that it is some kind of Acid production. I could not identify the reasons that might have caused this burning in the stomach. I had some anti-reflux tablets pouring a cup of water over it. The bubbles came out and had it. Some relief has been felt. However, it has become a great surprise for me to have this feeling after a gap of 26 years. I thought the age might have given a room for this problem. Even then I could not bear this idea as I am a regular yoga practitioner and well disciplined in my daily activities that include consuming diet. Suddenly, I recollected an article suggesting the foods that should be avoided on an empty stomach. Yeah...I could recollect it now...I have taken some lime juice in the morning on an empty stomach. I forgot to add some sugar as I regularly do as the container was empty. I took it lightly and had a glass of lime juice. Yes..this is the main reason. Guys, please do not eat/drink the following on an empty stomach... Citrus fruits Soda Green vegetables & Tamarind products Yogurt & Spicy products. Milk products and Tomato. Enough is enough for me. I have to bear with it till I take some anti-acidic agent and bring myself back to the original position.

The health report says that Milk is good if taken warm during the night after the Dinner. If you are a youngster everything becomes an exception and acceptable. But, they affect in the long run.

We can eat them subsequently for lunch or dinner as they are good and energy boosters.

A lot of people have milk at breakfast with their coffee or cereal l. I've never had problems with it. Sorry to hear you had some trouble after the lime juice.

They produce acidity if taken on an empty stomach. They also affect the bowel movement when it is not required. This unnecessary bowl movement leads to acidity.
