The theme for this particular music series, despite my disdain for both of my sisters, is songs with "sister" in the title. We are at #6 in the countdown: "Sister of Night" by Depeche Mode.
"Sister of Night" is the seventh track on Depeche Mode's 1997 album, Ultra (certified gold in eight countries.)
If you have listened to Depeche Mode with any regularity, you might have noticed that songwriter Martin Gore sings on the pretty songs, and such is the case with "Sister of Night."
Although Ultra spawned four singles, this is not one of them. Yet it still was a concert staple. I have linked to a beautiful live version from their 2001 Exciter tour. I linked specifically to this video simply because I saw this tour, the second time that I saw them. And as many great songs that they played, this was definitely a highlight.
Enjoy!

great band - great choice. A Sister song I'd have on my list - Jake Thackery - Sister Josephine

I don't remember ever hearing about him, but he's pretty funny.

You're quite welcome. Since it wasn't released as a single, unless you listened to the album, odds are you wouldn't know of it.
