30 day thankfulness challenge Day 16 I am thankful for my son-in-law, Brandon. My oldest daughter met this young man while working at Vacation Bible School. He seemed shy. Nikki, who is very outgoing, was working in the drama department. Brandon ended up working there as well, but it certainly was not his comfort zone. He was more of a behind-the-scenes kind of guy. Its funny and awesome how God works. He brought an outgoing, dramatic Alabama girl and a quiet, rigid New York boy together. They dated, they got married, they had a baby, and God called him to preacher. Now we have two preachers in the family. I am proud that this young man answered God's call, and I am proud that he loves and cares for my girl and their girl. I love how protective he is of his little family. Nikki and Mia will always be loved and cared for and that gives a mama/grandma comfort and peace.
