All Sexual Predators Have to Do Is DENY DENY DENY!

Has anyone ever seen such blatant hypocrisy before? At a time when sexual harassment and assault has been one of the top news stories the White House has been very selective about what to comment on. Trump has personally avoided saying anything substantial about Alabama Senatorial candidate Roy Moore's many accusations against him, mostly the molestation of teen girls but he couldn't resist sending out a childish tweet about the allegation against Democratic Senator Al Franken. When White House Press Secretary Searah Huckabee Sanders was asked about this she summed it up this way: "Franken has admitted to wrongdoing, but the president has not." So since Senator Franken has had the decency to apologize and call for an ethics investigation into himself with the promise of cooperating fully he's the worst kind of villain but Donald Trump, who was heard by the world bragging about sexually assaulting women, should be treated like an innocent man since he's denied the allegations made by over a dozen women and even threatened to sue them after the election, but has not followed through on that threat. Some have called for Senator Franken's resignation but I disagree unless it turns out that there are more allegations. After all, even Donald said referring to Roy Moore that someone's life shouldn't be ruined for something that happened years ago. However, I think it's high time an investigation is also launched into the allegations against Trump. Funny how some on the right think only those women who accuse Democrats of sexual assault should be believed, isn't it?

He's said awful things and he's been accused, quite credibly, of doing some awful things. Nobody even mentions the 13 year old girl who accused him of repeatedly raping and beating her back in the 90s. I know everyone is innocent until proven guilty but I believe this girl. She'd contemporaneously told others and another young girl who had also been present when this took place had corroborated the story. She was set to give a news conference with her attorney before the Inauguration but he was canceled at the last minute, reportedly because she'd received threats, which was the reason she didn't come forward when it happened. Trump had "allegedly" said harm would come to her and her family if she ever told anyone.

@anniepa The problem is that he had too much power even before he was the President. He is a shame.

@marguicha He's an absolute disgrace and makes me feel so embarrassed and ashamed every time I see him on TV, especially when he travels to foreign countries.

On a brighter side, I think things are changing. People 30 years my senior believe some women were asking for it, or that they constantly invent such stories. My generation, however, is appalled by such behavior and won't let anyone get away with it lightly. That applies for men and women as well.

As for senator Al Franken, he has admitted his guilt, And we have all seen what he did in pictures....President Trump has every right to say something and stating fact is not childish at all.....Because by his own admission Franken is guilty......Bragging about something is not proof of anything ...people brag about things all the time.....Lets see some proof in a court of Law that what he said ever happened...... Yes both President Trump and Roy Moore' have both denied the allegations which is their right to do..... They also have the right to face their accusers in a court of Law..But as of yet none of their accusers have taken either to criminal or civil court .....Nothing has ever been proven.....Their has also never been any payouts of money to stop the cases from going forward.... What is funny is that the allegations against some Democrats have been proven in a Court of Law to be True....Also their has been payouts of money to stop the proceedings...That is the big difference.....Yes it is to be believed when proven in a court of Law........

@dlr297 First of all, YOU were the one who made the claim there were multiple pictures, presumably because Donald implied there were in his idiotic tweet. You just said it again in this last post. I'm certainly not saying that what Senator Franken did wasn't wrong but if you want to talk degrees of guilt let's face it, what he did isn't nearly has bad as what Moore has been accused of doing to children or what Trump has bragged about doing and has been accused of doing, also including one child, or his admitting to walking in on beauty pageant contestants as they dressed, also including teens. I agree that we need to get to the bottom of the payouts in Congress, etc. It's not a partisan issue, or it certainly shouldn't be but I have a feeling Trump's crew will try to make it so. You ask WHY would Donald and Moore say it wasn't true if it was well how about you tell me why those women would make such stories up? Can you imagine how awful it must have been to go on national television and talk about what had been done to them? We ARE hearing about Alcon on the news and he's not an official candidate. He hasn't filed the necessary papers and the Democratic Party isn't giving him any support. You Trump supporters and right-wingers keep confusing politics with the law. Just because someone won't face jail time or a civil suit because of how much time has passed doesn't mean they're fit for the highest offices in the country.

@dlr297 Are you for real??? You think what Franken did comes close to being as bad as molesting a child? You're as sick as Moore and Trump are.
