Do you exercise in the mornings?

Today is a nice day, with sunshine and a good temperature now, which has getting milder throughout the morning.
I did a little morning walking today to exercise the muscles and bones. It´s a good physical activity for keeping flexibility. I also ate a light breakfast, consisting of cereal, milk and fruit.
Do you exercise in the mornings?

That´s a good way to exercise, stretching the legs and arms before getting out of bed works too

No exercise per se but a brisk walk up to an hour every morning.

Not as often as I should, but it is a good habit for sure. Need to improve on that.

@quantum2020 it is. I think it really helps in finding a personal happiness and its like a better dose of energy enhancer than pills / or energy drinks.
