For those of who remember the Mary Tyler Moore Show, The Andy Griffith Show and WKRP in Cincinnati the director of those television show Peter Baldwin passed away five days ago in Pebble Beach California. Baldwin was 86 years of age. Baldwin won an Emmy Award in 1989 for the show "The Wonder Years". Baldwin started his career in Hollywood as an actor for Paramount studios in shows like Perry Mason and The Untouchables and in movies like Stalag 17. Another director of the classic era of entertainment has passed away. Rest in peace Peter Baldwin. You went the distance in life.

All those were remarkable television shows, excellent for viewing! I loved to watch Perry Mason, it was so good and The Andy Griffith Show was a great program. He was an excellent director!

@Deepizzaguy That's because Peter was always behind the lines, so his audience didn't actually get to know him.

@kobesbuddy That is true since a lot of actors also work as directors on the television and movie shows.
