Update: Grandma's headstone, relationship with mom, oyster business, sisters cats.

So I’ve been MIA from mylot for two weeks now so I thought I’d just blog an update about what’s been going on. Oyster Business: - Still no parties but I’ve decided to keep my supplies. Maybe I’ll list each pendant with a pearl or an oyster and see if anyone would like to buy them. Spunky and Munchkin: - My sister’s cats still have not come home and if I am completely honest with myself, I don’t think they will ever come home. I do have some hope but the longer they are gone, the less hope I have of them returning. As of today, Munchkin has been missing for 6 weeks and Spunky has been missing for 5.5 weeks. Grandma’s Headstone: - We all have agreed on the graphic for her headstone even though ALL of my ideas were taken off. I just got sick of fighting and I just want the to have a headstone. My uncle Russ paid off the headstone so that it will be in place by Christmas so now everyone just has to send me their portion and then I’ll send Russ a check for one lump sum. I have a feeling that some family members are going to decide not to pay anything now that it’s paid off but that's how my family is. Only out for themselves. My Relationship with my Mom: - It’s been 8 months since she moved out. - I thought it was getting better but it’s hit or miss these days. Everytime I’m in town, I will reach out to her to see if she would like to do something but she always has an excuse. Her husband won’t let her answer my calls but then when she wants to do something, I’m supposed to drop all of my plans and do what she wants. - I’m hoping tomorrow goes well or the visit will be ended early. We are supposed to be going shopping and then maybe out to lunch. We shall see. My Cousin: - Things are okay with her. She could be doing better in school but she lets little things get to her. Lately her computer has become so damn important to her and all she does on it is watch YouTube. I had a long talk with her tonight because she will rush through her chores, often forgetting one or two, just so she can get on her computer so we are starting to have time limits when she is on her computer. We had them before and it worked out great. - We are also going to start painting with each other again. There’s not much we can do outside with the weather getting colder. My Job: - My job is doing good however I’m really going to hate it starting Monday. I have 7 hours of training Monday thru Thursday and I have to drive an hour there and back. Yet they won’t let me bill for the driving since the training is paid training. I’m also not allowed to bill for working with my nephew during that week because they don’t want to pay me overtime.
