Coco takes the top spot in the theater movies in North America

Disney and Pixar Studios "Coco" made around $71.2 million dollars on Thanksgiving weekend which was on a five day span beating out D C E U "Justice League" which on the second week in theaters in North America only made $40.7 on the same Thanksgiving day span. The reason that "Coco" was a huge hit movie is due to the fact that is about a young man named Miguel who wants to follow the footsteps of his favorite singer Ernesto De La Ruiz but his relatives forbid music in their home. The good news is that the movie is a smash hit in Mexico as well as worldwide since it is a new story for the fans to see in theaters. The only silver lining in the dark cloud for the "Justice League" movie is that the movie is a hit overseas in nations like China and Brazil. My feeling is that the fans of the super hero group are mad that Josh Wheldon took over the directors duties of the movie after a family tragedy in the home of Zack Snyder forced Zack to have Wheldon take over the directors role in the movie. Or maybe just maybe the movie fans who are fickle are tired of the Justice League characters at this time.
