Hi everyone Do you think that women with 40 years old should have kids? In my opinion I think that of the woman really wants it she should. Right now I am 27 years old and I am not married yet and I dont have any kids because sadly I am single yet. So sometimes I think that if I dont have the chance to be a mother on my twenties or on my thirties I would have it when I am 40 because I really would like to gave at least one kid I know tgat many people say that it is risky and that the kid will be like 20 years and I will be 60 years old and is a big difference but I think that finding love doesnt depend on us. It happens when it has to happen. Let's imagine a woman that just meets the right guy on her 40's why cant she have the chance to be a mother? We should live life and fight for what we want no matter if other people will judge or criticize What do you think? Please share

I had my first one at 36 . . . my second at 41. And I know many women who had kids (even their first) after 40. They do say the risks are higher with age . . . and I was told this for both pregnancies. But all turned out fine!

@sweetloveforeve Well, admittedly there were some issues with the second pregnancies, but we got through it and they were born healthy .

I think these days it's not an issue anymore. There are a lot of women in their forties still having babies and some are even in their 50s. I will turn 40 in February 2018 and I still wish to have a baby. Long time no see...

Why not?! I have two friends that are already after 40 and are pregnant, if they are followed by a good doctor and take all medical exams, I guess there is no problem.

I'll say yes a million times to this because since when does age define your abilities to be a mother..I believe most being mentally mature women would make exceptional mothers!

I think it is up to the couple to decide and that it is none of my business.

I dont know. I guess a doctor would be able to advise if its a good idea fr them or not.
