I came across this new celebrity and the transformation he went through. I can't believe plastic surgery can really make a great transformation. I see others took plastic surgery and they don't look natural. They don't even improve. So far this is the most amazing plastic surgery I see here in the Philippines. See how Marlou Arizala transformed to Xander Ford.

The nose is a very noticeable difference. His eyes look different too but not easy to tell like the nose.

@averygirl72 maybe he is wearing foundation or the photo is edited to look like he has a perfect complexion.

@shaggin Yeah your right it can be edited. He does not look good in personal really. He still look ordinary but better than his old self
