I'm getting a laptop for free online and here's how

I set my Home Page to a website crowdsourcing tasks (whatever that be, choose your favorite). Every time I open the browser (which happens a couple of times daily), I solve some microtask of them. After a year, voila, I have enough for a new laptop.

Technically if you did Swagbucks religiously you could earn that two or three months

I use another site, but swagbucks would work too. It depends on the laptop you want and on the tasks you choose. Mostly I go for the smaller tasks and want an average laptop. Other options might work too.

Microworkers and crowdflowers are my favorites. Other might work too. I don't know if they accept koalas there though.
