Can you make chili sauce by yourself?

I always make home made chili sauce by myself. It's so easy, and everyone in my family likes its taste.
In order to make my home made chili sauce, I just grind some chilis, tomatos and garlic with blender, then I fry them with a little vegetable oil, vinegar, salt and soya sauce. My chili sauce is not that spicy as I don't really like spicy food, so only use one or two chilis.
How about you, my friends? Can you make home made chili sauce by yourself?

If I had to make it from scratch, probably haha but I'll stick to the can stuff until then.

@DesirousDreamer Yes, it's true. Here fresh vegetables and fruits are expensive due to the volcano eruption in my place.

Ha ha.. I only use one chili, and 5 tomatoes. So, actually it's not that hot.

Actually I haven't tried to make the chili sauce by myself yet. Since spicy is not the main flavor here. But I like spicy food anyway. My parents-in-law come from another province where the spicy is the main flavor there. So they can make very spicy but nice chili sauce

Ohh...I can't eat too spicy food. The chili sauce which I made is not that spicy as I only use one chili. It's actually like tomato sauce.

No I usually buy the bottled ones, but I seldom use chilli sauce in my cooking. I usually use blended chilli.

Yes why not...here is the procedure...get some chillies..wash it...the get a little salt and vinegar and sugar....then put all of these in the mouth and start chewing...voila chilli sauce

I don't know to make chilly sauce. I would like to get the recipe so that I can try making it one day. I buy chilly sauce from supermarket. I love to dip snacks in chilly sauce.
