I need more light as winter approaches

As the days get shorter and shorter, I feel I need more light. I'd try to stand up earlier and spend some time outside. Alternatively, I'd buy one of these light lamps for seasonal depression.

Do you need more lights outside or inside the house? Those outdoor lights with dusk till dawn sensor switches are cool, they automatically turn on when dark and turn off when they sense light
