O.K This is my first Daily Post about ODD Facts. I hope to be able to share some really odd facts with you every day, although, just like today, I might need to play catch-up, once in a while. I was supposed to start this yesterday.
Here’s a really ODD fact I came across recently, but considering the person involved, who was ODD himself, I’m not really surprised. He did a LOT of odd things.
Howard Hughes, who was a millionaire, married an actress named Jean Peters. The odd thing was that after marrying her, he wouldn’t let her shave her legs and so all of her publicity pictures had to be retouched.
In other words, the hair on her legs had to be erased from the photos.

I never knew that. Theirs was an odd marriage. I was familiar with her as an actress.

When I find an odd fact, when I'm reading, which I do a lot, or when I'm watching a documentary, which I also do a lot. I always have a notebook handy to jot things down that I want to remember or share with someone else. I've always done that.
