Saturn LS1: Car Won't Start in Early Morning, but Fine After That

Hi, My Saturn won't start the first thing in the early morning. It turns cranks over with no problem. When I use starting fluid then, it does start. After the first start in the morning, the car will start fine all day, without needing starting fluid, no matter if I run the car 5 minutes or if I drive it for an hour. I replaced the spark plugs. I added high-octane gasoline. I replaced the fuel filter, and had the fuel system cleaned. I replaced the air filter. Checked the battery connections/ lines, but have not replaced them yet. Still, same problem with the first start of the morning. Any help/ guidance would be greatly appreciated.
