Why are all my DNA matches people who are so far off the chart for being related that we share no matches at all? So and so is your 110th cousin twelve times removed! The Native American genes never showed up but you know what did? Apparently I'm Jewish! That's Ashkenazi Jewish to you! Oh, and I have a black half sister with 3.4% North African DNA. All right, so she doesn't look black but DNA never lies! I don't look Jewish either.

I read somewhere "We are all brothers and sisters under the skin" although I'm not sure if it was a religious article or a dig against a skin whitening product.

Finding out your DNA is very interesting. I know the American Long Lost Family sometimes looks at the DNA and Genes reunited sites. In World War II some Jewish people didn't look all that Jewish. I read a book by Ellie and she was asked how old she was. She said 14 and he said no you are 16. That let her live. She had blonde hair and blue eyes.
