Everything is under our control only. Old age is inevitable but can be delayed though not avoided. The darks circles around your eyes, the wrinkles on your skin on the body especially on the cheeks and chin will predominately show that you are more aged than what actually you are if certain things are not paid proper attention in life.
Neglecting superfoods is one of the reasons for losing the luster on the face and not having proper foods with Vitamin E really makes our skin dull and pale. The Vitamin E is important as it protects the skin from U.V. radiation.
If this is the case with foods, the unhealthy habits of excessive smoking and drink will damage every organ of the body through with a certain amount of time. While Cigarette smoking weakens the lungs first, it is the lever that becomes the first victim of excessive drinking of alcohol. It causes inflammation and free radical damage. If there are some sweets and juices, it implies that they got skin-damaging sugars also.
Finally, it is the timely sleep which is important and should never be neglected. Actually, during the sleep, the body will be busy repairing the strain it had undergone due to pollution, radiation, hard work, and stress it has undergone during the day If the sleep is not prioritized means not allowing the body to attend its regular work. That much of the work it could not turn out cannot be carried forward for the next day and the damage to that extent will tell upon our healthy exposing us to others as the dull and highly tired personalities.
