why England and France and other E.U. Nations are keeping quiet when Mr. Trump announced Jeruselum as the capital of Israel? They have not made any efforts earlier to make any compromise between the two. This is particularly important when they allowed many Syrian refugees in millions into their border.

Well, the reality is different than appearance.
1st Point ---=--- All earlier Presidents ranging from Bill Clinton till Barrack Hussein Obama made this promise, Only this President delivered it.
2nd Point ---=--- He did not announce Jerusalem as Capital. He only shifted his embassy. Jerusalem was the capital earlier too.
3rd Point ---=--- Israel - Palestine conflict is not a recent phenomenon. It existed 1350 years ago when some innocent Jews were driven out of Palestine.
4th Point ---=--- In 1948 when Israel was formed, Jews tried to purchase the land. Turkey acted as mediator who made Jews pay 40 times the price.
5th Point ---=--- Palestine acted as Jewish supporter when the German Nazi hero Adolf Hitler tried to kill them. Palestine were not supposed to kill Jews as they got the money.
6th Point ---=--- Turkey did not like peace between the neighbors. Tried to spread Anti Semitism among Palestinians.
7th Point ---=--- United Nation passed resolution 181 to solve the crisis. On Turkey's orders Palestinians refused to support it.
8th Point ---=--- Jerusalem is related to Al Aqsa mosque but the Quran nowhere mentions Jerusalem. So, Muslims claiming right on it is illogical.
9th Point ---=--- Benjamin Netanyahu campaign was funded by Saudi Arabia so that conflict can be intensified. Arabs gain the most of this conflict.
10th Point ---=--- Jews were persecuted by Arabs after WW2. Israel welcomed all refugees and supported. Why Muslim nations are not welcoming Palestinian refugees?
Most important question - Why Should Europe welcome those refugees? Why should only West show humanity?
UN holds the important responsibility for all this. They signed a pact and made European nation as signatories on it thus making them accept Syrian refugees.
The same UN could not convince Arabs to support refugees.
(A similar case happened near India too - Rohingya in Burma
Bangladesh and Pakistan - 2 Muslim majority nations did not accept Rohingyas but told India to accept them. China border was just 1 km away from Burma but 2100 km away India border is more important for them.)
This refugee story is deliberately created - This is how Arabs grow. Europe can't help much because of their labour laws. They need immigrants. They are paying for it. Majority of rapists in Sweden are foreign born. Majority of terrorists in Dutch and Denmark are immigrants.
First Arabs should take serious steps to support humanity, then we can tell rest of the world to support them.

I read the top part but not the other part. England has never like Israel or Jews. They would look away when the Arabs attacked us in the earlier days. Trump knows that Jerusalem is the capital of Israel where as others will not admit to the truth. We have not really gotten a fair shake from English or France or the UN. Since Nikki Haley has come to the UN and our Danny Danon they work hard to make sure Israel is treated fairer than it was.

Thanks. Explained in detail. At present with the 128 countries voting against the U.S decision, this has come to a standstill.

1 Point to be made clear here. USA does not care what happens in the UN.
Israel boycotted UNESCO.
USA President will remain firm even if 100% UN votes against USA decision. He will make Saudi funded UN pay the price for its conspiracy.
