No it isn't. How can it be your 'first' time when you started a discussion saying you have been banned twice?

Welcome to myLot.
Read the Community Guidelines carefully so that you know what to avoid doing. You will also find a great deal of useful information under "Help" in the menu beneath your username.
You can see which discussions are receiving the most responses and the most likes by looking at the 'Hot Discussions' and 'Top Rated Discussions' lists (respectively) in the "Explore" menu.
You will always tend to get more responses if the discussions you post have sufficient detail and, of course, are your own, original words and opinions. The more intelligent, relevant and useful responses and comments you post in other people's discussions and the more that you have to say in reply to the people who visit your discussions, the more you will enjoy the site (and the more your bank is likely to increase).

Love people that say 'this is my first time' and then a bit later post it is their third account.

@JolietJake Sometimes I leave out the 'back' when welcoming people, even though I'm pretty sure they're not 'newcomers'!
