Mylot has been relegated to the back burner the last few days. I've popped on and off, read a few discussions....made some comments.....responded to comments and then...gone again.
My sewing room has been my hiding place. I've cut and stitched....sorted.....cut....stitched some more. The mystery quilt was up to date (until this morning's clef was revealed)....and one UFO is assembled...ready to be quilted.
The plan is also to make some doll clothes for my granddaughters dolls. The sewing machine is getting a workout....the floor is littered with snippets of fabric and a rainbow of threads.
What have you been up to this week?

No...the Christmas gifts are done...this is just because I love to sew!

Everyone thinks it's patience. Really it is a stress reliever and a way to procrastinate. I'd rather do this than clean.

Beautiful quilt. I always wanted to make one when I sewed in the past, but it always seemed so overwhelming to start.

You make a quilt the same way as you eat an elephant...the quilt...one small step at a time...the elephant..one bite at a time.
