Last night as I sort of listened to the news a little news piece stopped me in my tracks. I am not sure why it shocked me, I should be used to this type of news. Apparently a low down thief stole all of a family's Christmas gifts. I cannot understand why someone would do this, especially this time of year. To add insult to injury they also stole the family's minivan. They packed it up with their ill gotten gains and drove away. Fortunately the news picked up the story and there are people who are trying to help them made this a good Christmas for the children. It's a sad state of affairs when someone can steal from children and families this time of year. I hope they catch these heartless thieves and put them in jail where they deserve to be.

The holiday season is the time of year when thieves work overtime. The malls are where pickpockets prey on unwary shoppers.

Christmas season is the most abused holidays. People take advantage of that.

It is the time of year when the thieves seem to come out of hiding in droves.

It really is low, isn't it? The minivan should be what gets them arrested. You know someone has spotted it by now.

It is so sad that people could do something like that. I'm glad though that people are helping the family.
