After expressing my displeasure towards it is the turn of Black Tea now to discuss. I was a fan of Tea some time back. But, not that much. The first time when I got down from the train in Nampally Station, Hyderabad I happened to taste my first Tea in Hyderabad in HOTEL TEHRAN. While I was on my route to Vijayanagar Colony the whiffs of Tea dragged me towards a IRANI restaurant to enjoy the taste of it. Slowly, I became a lover of Tea until I tasted the black tea on the advice of my colleague who is a native of Telangana. Yes. I tasted the black tea on one occasion. But, the Chinese 4000 years back known drink could not give any satisfaction. I was not even mindful of the health benefits but only of the presence of Caffeine content in the drink. I did not know about the health benefits that outdo the disadvantage of Caffeine-presence. The Cardiovascular benefits, prevention of cancer, the benefits to the immune system, its fight against free radical did not have an appealing effect to switch to this drink.

@shivamani10 We like several types of tea, but don't drink this often. We have read the many healing benefits of various teas and know they are popular.
