I will not miss her downstairs

So we are moving on the 1st of the year and since my downstairs mother died her daughter has been more annoying and worse. She lives in a nasty house that she never cleans, like literally garbage everywhere and mice come into both apartments and I am sick of of and the smells. Can't play our surround sounds or she calls the cops and recently because it is winter she asked my husband to go fill 6 buckets of sand so she don't have to do it and is ready for winter. Like she can seriously get off her own butt and do things for herself. She makes $14.50 an hour being a personal care worker and works 7 nights on and 7 nights off. All she does is sleep. And I am happier not to get $10 a month from her anymore for wifi because all she does is sit on her fat butt. I told my current landlord we are no longer shoveling or helping her because we are done and out. She lives disgusting. Call city and this building would be condemned. She could be doing better and she really wants to adopt children. They would never approve her for the way she lives. Yuck...I am glad we are moving and have nothing to worry about when we do... I am glad I will not miss her one bit when we move...
