An Atheistic Bible Study Of Johns Gospel Claim That Jesus Is The Word

Two of the Gospels touch on the Virgin Birth origin of Jesus while Mark ignores it for reasons unstated. John’s rather mystical fourth Gospel offers an alternative point of view entirely, in which Jesus always existed as God and alongside God.
John’s Gospel open with a declaration that “In the beginning was the Word, and the Word was with God, and the Word was God.”
This Word, or Logos, is believed by many commentators to be Jesus, a spirit-being before becoming human flesh, and a direct first hand participant in the Creation as given in he Book Of Genesis.
This raises many questions, namely why Jesus isn’t mentioned in Genesis or in most of the Old Testament? Why did Jesus wait o long to become human or die for our sins? This also contradicts the Genesis Beginning which sees the creation of The Light and the Earth as the first thing God did.
The division of God into both eternal spirit and eternal flesh creates a point of separation between the two, an immediate barrier to either being truly omnipresent.

Do you ever worry that God will punish you for misleading your readers about God's Holy Word?
