What is your favorite Christmas food?

December 24, 2017 9:55am CST
Considering that there are people from all over the world here, I find it interesting to share different culinary points of view. In fact, this can even be an inspiration for many people who like (or don't) to cook. So, If you have any specific food... What is it? Mine could be something really spicy. I just love it!

I don't know that I have a favorite. I'm pretty much like all the traditional Christmas foods with the exception of pecan pie (yuck).

One of the things my wife only bakes at Christmas is her Cheddar Cheese Bread so I would have to say it is my favorite Christmas food.

I am a very traditional person, so my favourite food is one from my home country (Pounded yam with Ogbonno soup, prepared with goat meat) Ogbonno is a kind of seed like vegetable which is blended into a smooth dry paste before it is used to cook, I do not know its English name, it only grows in tropical areas.
