grocery list with or without?

hi everyone, now i am planning to go to the grocery store but before that, i am making my list... for me, it's important to list down all the things that i need to buy so i will not forget about them when i am in the store... in the store i can be easily be distracted... i might by the things not included in my list or buy the unnecessary things that i really don't need...
how about you,do you make list or not?

Hey fellow Singaporean, that's right I always write everything on my notepad before buying so that it's easier for me to not miss out anything.
But sometimes I just do care-free shopping in Daiso or $1 stores without caring what I need to buy, lol

@marlina So, here in Singapore we have these cool stores named :
1 dollar stores - where you can buy 99% of the products for just $1
Daiso - It's a Japanese-origin store where you can buy 100% of all the products anything at just $2
It's really such fun shopping at these stores since you can buy tens of utilities with just a $50 bill :)

I don`t make a list of things to buy because it usually depends on what we like to eat for a week

No I repeat it twice to my wife before heading to the store and before cashing out give a call to my wife to make sure there isn't something that's needed to be added to the basket.
