What will you do on New Years Eve?

I've seen trumpets, Horns and Fruits for sale all over the side walks here. Some people from the Neighbor must be thinking of having 12 fruits before the New Year.
There are no people here selling fire works though. But tonight I had to visit my brother and brought them BBQ for dinner because they're busy fixing the dogs cage.
I seriously hope there are no fire works tomorrow night and I might just sleep it off.

Hello @YrNemo That's multi tasking, but I doubt I would risk myself going to church at night if there's fire works on the road.

There will be fireworks here I guess and also the eating of the twelve grapes before the clock strikes twelve.

Fireworks are only supposed to be allowed in controlled conditions like say they have to have authorisation to be able to handle said fireworks although as we already know that we will always have the ones that will let them go.
Its mainly for the sake of children and their safety really as there are lots of flats over here and it can get to be out of control.

For now, I have plans to make the traditional "soba" - Japanese buckwheat noodles - for dinner. Supposedly it takes away the bad things from this year so we could start clean for next year 
. I'll also have shrimp and scallops. Other than that, we will probably have a chill evening at home. I'm pretty sure the illegal fireworks will be set off in the neighborhood at midnight!

Hello @LovingMyBabies ( I thought fire works are forbidden over there. Last year they were few people selling fire works here. But so far I haven't seen a few.
