A roasted chicken for lunch.

Our last lunch in 2017 will be a roasted chicken. I just added some boiled potatoes cut in half with rosemary and olive oil over it. Yummy! We also have beets and lettuce for salads. What has been or will be your last lunch for this year?

It would be a Vegan Pizza I guess, because for me that's the right way to celebrate life. And a whole one. Happy New Year

@marguicha Yes, I love Almonds cheese spread, I eat as well Cashew and Tofu cheese those are very healthy as well.
