Meet the Little Mama

This is Ashley. She is a first time mama. She is so good with her babies. She is protective and attentive. The father is a dalmation, and since Ashley is white with black spots, the babies will definitely look like dalmations. They are a welcomed distraction with all the sadness surrounding my father's failing health. He did wake up a few moments yesterday and wanted to see and pet one of the puppies. I had been thinking about getting another cat, but with this little fur babies, I will put that on hold.
