What makes you happy? Have you ever been asked this question? Perhaps, we all have different answers to this question. It can be anything material, an experience or achievements. But a sad truth, our source of happiness or means of being happy depends on the things that we have or want. And when all of them were gone or when we didn"t get what we want, we are become unhappy. Maybe we should change our view of happiness. Instead of saying "I'm happy because of" we say "I'm happy in spite of". We all face different negative situations in life and that is why sometimes, it isvery hard to feel happy. But being happy is a mindset. We can choose to be happy even if we have problems, even when we're lacking or even when we are lonely. The key is contentment and gratefulness on what we have. So what are you happy in spite of? Me, I'm happy in spite of still being single. What about you?

Happiness is a state of mind and it' show we condition ourselves to be. Most people would depend their happiness on others or on material things. But happiness is satisfaction. Happiness is choosing to be positive. Happiness is having contentment.
