Life Review: Do you sometimes find yourself reviewing or reminiscing your previous year?

Hello mylotters Family, Friends and Newbies! 
Good Morning/Afternoon/Evening there
Since a new year started and most of us are now trying to move their way back to normal life 
doing the best they can to survive again until another year comes
As for me, I have this habit of reviewing or reminiscing my works from previous year and see for myself how had I been because I often see those hard works I made throughout the year when I make a review or reminisce and improve myself to a much better one eventhough I know that the coming days might be different but atleast I can avoid those bad things happened in my previous year 
Anyways, It really helps me to cope up with holidays hang over 
and move forward to another way of life 
Do you sometimes find yourself the same way as mine?
Do you feel proud and happy of your previous works?

Yes, I used to regret and curse myself WHY I didn't carry on working after I gave birth to my son..... I had been a housewife for 11 years.....

Last year we struggled but that was nothing new for my family. Then we were at a really bad spot toward the end of the year before we got our vehicle. We started seeking nothing but God-we had to FULLY trust in Him and it opened our eyes to an amazing relationship with Jesus!
If we had to go through all of it to find Him-I would do it all again because He is so worth it!!

That is a good thing, reviewing. The holidays seem busy enough for most people. Glad you found time to reminisce.
As for me, I have not come up with the exercise, though I think that checking our own work is important. First, we can see how far we've gotten from the time we were venturing into writing to how we are now, and second, rereading our work takes us back to people, places, and events, issues and ideas that were important to us once before.
One time, when I am really free, I will follow suit. Thanks for the idea.

I don't review my year when it's over. I know what I did in that year, which mostly was getting a book finished and published. That took the majority of the year. I'm sure I had some struggles, but I don't focus on my struggles because I know who is in charge of my life and I will grow stronger from it.
