I agree with you. Some people who work in a restaurant think they are behind a counter, and nobody can see what they do. However, when the authorities take a look, it is all exposed.

The council in my town inspects rwstaurants, cafes and hotels and gives them a rating from 1 to 5 for hygiene. The ones that get 5 stars proudly display the certificates on the premises. The ones with the worst scores get headlines in the local paper.

they post them in the paper here if they get violations..and yea i do read it to see what they got fined for.

I have no favorite restaurants but they have licence from local government that their product is healthy.
