Does Freedom of SPEECH give us right to ofend?

Free speech means liberty of saying things which are or offensive to others, of course it has to be limit. A person who is giving a speech should keep in mind his words may give rise to lot of people or may inspire lot of people. What you guys think about freedom of speech? People should know the value of words.

Personally speaking, freedom of speech should be done in a way of professionalism. As much as possible, constructive criticism should be incorporated to be acceptable than doing it in personal intentions or agendas.

Only constructive people have that professionalism in speech. There intentions and agendas differ a lot.

@Mshafeeq I do think it is. I am not going to argue with someone if there is no basis at all. Respect is also important to me.
